Terms of Service

Rights of the Artist

- The art cannot be claimed to be done by the buyer, all rights still belong to the artist.
- The watermark must stay on the drawing, it cannot be removed by any means
- Commercial use of the art is completely forbidden, this includes NFTs and AI improvement purposes
- In case the art is shown publicly, by whether social media, edits or videos, the artist must be credited on a visible place for the public

Communication with the Artist

- Changes on the drawing are allowed until the lineart is finished, once this happens, only colors can be changed throughout the process until the piece is finished
- The artist is allowed to share the art on their social media unless it is agreed otherwise with them
- The artist has the right to suspend the commission if they cannot finish it by an external reason

Payment

- Full payment must be done after the complete sketch is accepted by the buyer, this method can be changed if the artist agrees
- If the commission is suspended by the artist and a payment had been made already, it'll be refunded

If any part of the ToS is not followed by the buyer or the communication with the artist is inappropriate/offensive by any means, appart from the commission being suspended, the buyer won't be able to commission the artist again
